We had two back to back installs involving the 3 stage intake and european air box swaps. First one being a white E91 touring and now an E82. Here are a few photos I was able to take during the process.

Here is a quick video of it on our Dyno

It is a worthwhile upgrade but recently we have been seeing a lot of the DISA valves fail and this can prevent optimal horsepower and torque. If you want to fully eliminate the DISA valves you can install the N54 intake.

Lets see an N52 with a DocRace intake manifold.

Its why I bought an '06 330i as a starting point. Swap in a Y-pipe and 3" exhaust back to muffler of your choice and you remove the artificial power limit that BMW designed in with the narrow exhaust pipe diameter at the coupling before the muffler, allowing up to 290+, or 250 - 255 RWHP. Silicon intake boot also adds a few g/second MAF flow.

That gain is after a tune too right? IIRC the n54 manifold makes more peak power but less in the mid range.
