So I ran my car on a mustang dyno. Didnt really tell me much, as the car would spin & it will not hold a gear without up shifting. But on the 1 clean pull it made 595 torque at 3800 rpm & 495 hp at 4800 rpm. Then it down shifted & screwed up the readings. I am thinking it might be in the 600 hp area, But who knows? It pulls good.

What fueling solution?

I realized I never included any photos of my car in this thread so here are a couple, mind you I've not cleaned the car in months or started tidying up cosmetics since I've just been trying to make it operate first. Sadly, the pretty aluminum CFS radiator is just a paper mod, nobody ever sees it.

Heat shrink over the braided line on a barb looks clean. I'm going to keep it in mind...

Who's oil filter cap is that?

It's actually the way the vibrant hose comes, still need to trim it so the line is not so long. The cap is by ecs but I intend to sand blast and annodize again without a logo. Sorry ecs but you're not that cool.

Got my trans cooler installed finally.

Next up is to get my rear pdc retro fit parts in the mail and then I'll put my new bumpers on and fit the oem ppk ducting to the trans cooler.

This is the normal bumper so there is no ducting available until I switch, but brake ducts are retained:

Redid my thermostat plumbing so it doesn't hit anything and sits higher than the lowest part of my subframe. Where it was before pushed the hoses into the crank area and they would rub on the harmonic balancer and the thermostat housing would vibrate on things at idle and sounded like my car was falling apart.

I'll make a bracket to support it even better, but I'm happy with it now. The modification to the radiator core is definitely the hardest part, but it would be easier now that I know which way to route the fittings/hoses. A lot of those fittings could be eliminated if some thought was put into the modification of the pipes. I don't really recommend unless you're willing to mess with it for a while.

I had my MFactory LSD installed today with the black AKG diff mounts. This is a 3.46 215k pumpkin as I had swapped from the 188k intending to install the finned diff cover and a custom lockdown brace. My convertible brace was in the way unfortunately so I had to install with the normal cover instead. I'm going easy on it for a few hundred miles so I can't comment on it much but I don't hear anything. While I was there I had a compression test, which showed up 175 across the board which is comforting. Next task will likely be my coilovers, but if my PDC harness comes in first, I'll probably try to install the wiring for that along with my Servotronic and electronic steering wheeel. For anyone wondering, the 215k is aprox 15mm longer at the driveshaft and 12mm wider.

My stock diff is for sale, has 57k miles and should be in very good condition.

Do me a favor & keep your notes on the rack swap swap. Think that will be on my list after summer & I'm probably going to need help on the coding... ;)
