Do me a favor & keep your notes on the rack swap swap. Think that will be on my list after summer & I'm probably going to need help on the coding... ;)

I haven't done the coding yet, but I'll take some pics of the wire routing, that is the only undocumented part at the moment. The physical rack part is direct swap status.

That's what it seems like... I need to get more familiarized w/ coding & coding software.

Dubs,
Did you ditch the wastegates as secondary exhaust valve idea?

This might just be the pic angle but this would make me a bit nervous

I am using an exhaust flapper instead. The wg method doesn't mate to a 3" pipe, I have two huge wastegates. Still not big enough.

Here is another look:

That is not the final position of the dump tube btw. After I reworked my wg lines I have it pointed down more.

This car was put together so well, love all the little things you do with it!

I'm trying. My PDC retrofit harness should be here today, I may tear into that. I need to diagnose my rear view camera as well. If I do, then I'll be taking on my steering wheel and servotronic wiring all at the same time. I'm afraid to dig into it, because my daily is in the shop at the moment.

I really want something big and with space to move things. I am thinking another suv or even a truck.

Okay, small update. My M Tech bumpers from @786dynamics are at the paint shop and should be done by Friday. With the help of @R.G. we have determined that the PPK AUX radiator is simply too inefficient to be used for a trans cooler. It is sad because everything seems to fit so well, however I've purchased a Series 6, 16 row Setrab which should be here on Friday as well. I intend to mock it up with the 335is ducts that I received.

Regarding the bumpers, I was surprised to find that the kit I got included everything. That means all the little trim pieces like the headlight washer covers, the tow hook covers(Front and rear) and the diffuser and also the trim piece that goes on the rear bumper. Also the grills, fog lights and the fog holders are all included. It is a complete package and the paint shop said it was in good condition and shouldn't require much prep work. This prep work can cost hundreds of dollars so this is a really good value. Also, the packaging was top notch, it came properly boxed up. I'm pleased so far, but I'll let you know for sure when I go to bolt it up.

Also, here are the air ducts, I measured them so I could try to find a oil cooler that would match the dimensions and hopefully would sit flush enough to provide proper air flow.

For reference, the one on the left of the picture directly above this is for the Aux radiator and the one on the right is for the stock oil cooler. I'll update again once I get the bumpers back from paint and start mocking up the oil cooler. I will be going to a local fab shop @BlackMarketRacing to have a bracket made for the driver side which should fit a Series 6 core and hopefully mate up to the ducting I've purchased. If its successful, I may have them mirror and replicate it so the same can be done for the stock oil cooler. Considering the oil cooler and the Aux radiator are the same design, I can tell you its absolutely garbage and should be replaced. It couldn't get my trans temps under 180 and would hit 240+ if idling.

Mini update:

I got my setrab core in... What can I say, besides being nearly a perfect fit for the OEM ducts. The driver side will need a little bit of trimming to sit flush, the passenger side will need the mounting ears cut off the core(or cut the plastic mounts off to keep it simple). Once that is done, they should line up perfectly. When the bracket is made, the ducts on both sides have a mounting point that should be able to bolt on. On the side away from the frame rail, perhaps little mounts can be tacked onto the core. If not, then zipties or similar will do just fine.

Once my M Sport bumpers are out of the paint shop, I'll see how these ducts line up, and then go to the fab shop and see if we can make some brackets that put them in the right position, while keeping in mind, some people won't want the ducts and just want the biggest core they can fit.

Holy adapter fittings Batman o_O Nice choice on cores!

Yeah, it was not cheap experimenting to see what would work and how to mount that tstat...what a pain in the ass. I'm expecting a call from the paint shop today to grab my bumpers. When that happens, I'll probably pull my rear bumper off first and try to install my PDC retrofit, fix my backup camera and install my performance steering wheel. Those things have been waiting for a while.

Thanks and subscribed! Reminds me to update my front bumper from stock...does any know whether there is a similar combination of Msport front bumper and 335is air ducts for a 2008 E90?

I don't even know how well these 335is ducts will fit the M Sport stuff for the pre lci E92/E93. The duct area looks very similar so I'm doing a little praying.

For LCI sedans I think its one of these:

51742157666
51742157678
51742157680

Found here:
https://parts.bmwofsouthatlanta.com/showAssembly.aspx?ukey_assembly=419948&ukey_product=1370480

I've called South Atlanta and they will help a little bit with identifying what parts are for what cars.

You may have to order them from germany and see what shows up in the mail. Otherwise you can call a dealership and ask them to help you with the stuff labeled as #2 in this diagram:
