Hey guys, if anyone is interested in doing a clutch install I made a DIY video on YouTube. I covered installing a spec stage 3+ clutch, mfactory single mass flywheel and a bms short throw shifter.

I made the video as informative as possible so I can help out as many people as I can! I will also soon be uploading a video of my Docrace 6266 single turbo install that I am also doing myself.

    Here's the video:

I just received my motiv twin disc clutch and I'm trying to get everything I need to install it. What bolts need to be replaced? I know the flywheels bolts have to be replaced and the bellhousing bolts as well. But I read somewhere that there are only 5 bolts on the bellhousing that are aluminum and need replacing. Is that true?

I replace the larger bolts on my bell housing, you can get the part numbers from realoem.com.

Id recommend replacing the flywheel and pressure plate bolts as well.

The 5 aluminum bolts part number 23000417164. I just ordered them off ECS and ordered new flywheel bolts to. Thanks and the motiv clutch comes with pressure plate bolts so I'm good there. Did you also replace the rear main seal? I was thinking about replacing it since its right there but I would have to buy the $200 seal kit just to do it. I was thinking whenever I get to it and if it seems to be holding up I'll leave it but if its leaking I'll replace it

Will do but probably wont be for another 2 months.. Gathering up parts for single turbo build
