We're excited to join SSP Performance and be a trained dealer for their clutches! We're currently installing performance clutches into an F10 DCT. We'll be upgrading the shop M4 soon, once we get our turbos and forged engine installed.
This is a great alternative to using other clutch manufacturers that are outside of the US. You can speak to someone who is awake when you are (vs. Australia) and when you have a dealer like us install them, you get a 1 year warranty as well!

SSP has clutches available for any DCT transmission, in various configurations. They also have cooling components to help these transmissions out.
Check out this billet pan for this F10. 2 extra quarts of fluid, and 3 bungs on the side for temp probes or cooler lines. Super nice!

I'm not informed on this matter so I'll ask and defer to you, but how do these stack up to the other brand clutches? The last I heard these clutches didn't work for that one ding dong we know

Dodson BMW clutch systems:

Their aftermarket baskets are machined incorrectly resulting in failures.

Clutch friction material is wrong for proper adaptation.

Clutch stack heights are confusing and they used multiple snap rings to make up distance for the incorrectness of their clutch plates.

95% of the time the car will never adapt after installing a new clutch.

The Dodson clutch will bang and clunk when going into gears…

This can all be verified on M5Post from multiple customers and dealers.

Pure Turbos, MSR Performance, DME Tuning to name a few.



SSP BMW clutch systems:

Clutch runs and drives like stock with all 3 versions

Currently holds all 5 World Speed Records

Adaptation is simple and easy with the SSP clutch

Clutch installation as the clutch plates are preset from the factory, and need no additional parts such as snap rings and machined top plates.
