Well I'm on here to share what I'm going through and to keep people updated on my progress with my motor.
So this is how it started
I was doing a pull down the road useing my new bm3 stage 2 tune I have an
ER downpipe catless
Jb4 set to map 0 (ewg and ff cables)
And bms air intake
(During time of incident)
I started the pull at 50 mph and went to about 5500rpm before seeing a huge cloud of smoke out the back and what sounded like dropping a bunch of nuts and bolts on the floor if you guys have any questions I'm more than willing to answer i will keep the thread updated as the progress continues.

I'm very sorry to hear man. Were you logging via JB4 by any chance when the incident occurred?

Not good, we where talking about this very problem and are looking for a decent obd2 dongle with an sd card just for logging continually
on a loop that could store 24hrs non stop logs in pre set intervals if it exists.

just plug and forget

For added safety, more functionality, super user friendly, map switching on the fly, etc. :)

Dont know what to reply to that............ I have seen JB4 running 17AFR at +20psi to redline, seen it ignore open-loop where trims are stuck at zero and seen it ignoring running out of meth. I retired mine around 1 year ago. Dont trust it.

The high jacking features (or whet ever they are called) are cool though and so is the on the fly map switch, but not at the cost of drivability and fearing for engine damage.

Yes, every tool can be misused if you don't follow directions... We can't fix stupid. :)

Got a log of that, would like to see it.
