wow this is very interesting to me as I have a ViE single kit on the way with a Gen 2 GTX3582R 1.06 AR. Honestly after first reading this thread i was super bummed to hear that it made only 660whp at 28-29psi. I would of thought that it would have made 80-100whp more on that boost!!

I will be doing full E85 and will definately post all the results on my youtube channel and a new thread as well as anywhere i can. Im hoping for similar spool but with 700whp around 26psi, and a kill made around 28-29psi with hopefully 750 or so, but the 1.06AR may hurt me for spool.

OP, what AR size is on the gen 2 gtx3582R?

Would love to see a 3076 or 3576 on there for the road racers who want a safe and steady 500/500.

Our Gen 2 3582R turbo is running the same T4 1.06 AR TS housing. Power is limited by the HPFP at it's limits since we are not running Fuel Port Injection with E85/E90. Latest dyno numbers from yesterday put us right at 697whp at 29 psi... Probably would have made it just over 700whp if we ran out rpms past 7K

Port injection is up next and E90. Should see 750 wheel at 30 psi with some tune tweaks. Not really planning on pushing it more on stock internals until we build the motor.

wow! that is awesome results. Super glad to see it spool that well and make that down low torque even on the 1.06 AR. How much of that quick spool would you attribute to the CES manifold design and how much to the turbo itself? in other words, what should I expect for spool on the Vi Engineered top mount kit with the same turbo? im hoping spool will be as fast if not faster than a doc race 6266, but with the top end of a 6466 or so in precision terms.

400wtq at 3200 rpm without E85. Would like to see what you're spool looks like when ethanol is in the mix.

At this point when you are talking about a $15,000 built engine, a $10,000 turbo kit, and a $5,000 DME to do 1khp it becomes more interesting to think about an LS swap... What could you do with that $$ on the LS platform? And now the Syvecs has proven they can run the DCT trans behind an LS, could you imagine the possibilities?

400WTQ at 3250 RPM
500WTQ at 3450 RPM
600WTQ at 3800 RPM

is it just me or are these numbers extraordinarily good n54 single turbo? every few hundred RPM is anther 100 WTQ. seems like upgraded twins almost. incredible

Seem like very good numbers which should only improve on 100% E85.

Be interesting to compare a Motiv dyno to This once both are on E85. Assuming there is a Motiv turbo that is around this size of course.

I had to reach out to CES to see if I could get any info and they actually responded immediately. There should be big updates very soon. Everything is being finalized so I would have to assume that means they will be providing us with prices and exactly what their kit includes. Possibly an intro group buy??

I also plan on going to visit their shops since it's only about 2 hours away and they have some pretty cool builds that come through there

Well ive been super busy. Havnt been able to visit shop. But still no updates? Damn

I wouldn't expect any. Gonna be smoke and dust for another couple years probably and then they'll sell it for $6000+ like their other kits to try to make up for the absurdly long R&D time. Too many other options and at that price just go Motiv.

I think it is too short sighted to make any assumptions on the development of anything in the auto industry. These things take time and cost money. I know that I am always interested following the progress of platforms and seeing improvements even if they are incremental. There is not a "perfect" kit out there and because of that there is always room for improvement.

Be appreciative that there are still companies looking to enhance the offerings out there. Without that things would become quite stagnant.
