Looking great. And people think single turbo kits should be cheap! The work that goes into something like this looks extremely extensive.

Where are you drawing inspiration for the manifold? Every company seems to have a different approach.

I’m kinda making it up as I go. I built the merge collectors first and I’m running the pipe for the runners wherever they’ll fit. This is my third design based on fitment. Thats why I haven’t posted any pictures in the last two months

I’m in a job that can go anywhere but it sucks. Tried to crosstrain 3 times but no dice. Just riding out the rest of this contract. Got tired of working 12 hours a day for a “promote” lol

Not that it really needed one, but here is my installation video and review of the PSP delete plate sold by Dusty. I also go on a rant about some of my AN line routing on the car.

Just put my 4AN BOV port onto the intake manifold. I’ve decided to use a 90* elbow for the BOV and Hobbs switch and use a straight barbed fitting for the boost gauge and FPR.

All the runners are tacked together and it fits perfectly! Just waiting on the coolant hose, block off fittings, and the oil feed adapter and it will be time to weld this thing together permanently! Almost time for some wastegates and a downpipe!

Thanks man. I’ll be running each gate right before the T4 flange and dumping them under the passenger floor board.
