Hey guys, my bad for not keeping this up to date for a while..
The car has been finished since last week, but had an coolant leak so figuring this out at the moment.
I think it's because the end of my coolant pipe had a flat spot. (i should have made a bead on it but heck i'm gonna try making it round without the bead first so i don't have to take the manifold and turbo off again lol.)
Car runs great so far but no logs yet.
Also tried routing an airfilter and this worked out.
So i had to change my waterpipe.
Only ran a MHD pump backend and what i could tell from keeping an eye on my jb4 gauges it stayed nice around it's target so there was no boost issues with the wastegate position and full boost was at 4000 RPM.
And holy cow that open dump is loud!
I'll post some logs and videos when my car isn't losing coolant anymore.
Here are some pics tho..

Good job on the vacuum line heat sleeves. My friend and I run this turbo kit and he didn’t wrap his vacuum lines and melted them a few times!

Yes, heatsleeves are a must.
I even used 6mm festo lines with pushlock fittings, not those real fat silicone lines.
They fit pretty loosely in the heat sleeves, which is good and they can hold up to 150psi.

So this weekend my car started stuttering while cruising and my JB4 put me into the safety map.
It gave me 02 codes so i ordered myself some NTK's.

The problem tho, that after installing these o2 sensors i'm still being kicked into safety map the moment i start my car..
I'm pretty sure my o2 sensors are plugged in the right way.
Right now the only codes i get are for "Downpipes detected".
I would want to do a log, but is this even safe while my jb4 puts me in safety from the start?
Can i log my car while it's idling to figure this out?
So far i only got of log of a short cruise..

Flashed it to stock to make sure it's nothing tune related, but ofcourse not.

I just made a idle log, didn't have the balls yet to go WOT it in this condition.
It's probably useless but maybe you'll already spot something that ain't right since
the engine runs pretty crap on cold start and switches to safety map before i start my car.
(Safety map the moment i turn on my jb4 with engine off)

This one was just a short cruise from yesterday;
Probably useless also.

try your best to get a log i wanna check it out
Safety code = 5
5 = fuel trim variance
So i guess it's not O2 related.
So either tune or injectors? Already flashed back to stock to test and it still occured so it must be injectors.
I did have rough cold starts and problems with starting my car in the past.
Anyway i still have the old model injectors, never replaced them and i own my car for almost 5 years now..
Time for Index 12 i would say.
