Hit the track a few weeks ago-

93 octane, full weight, very soft launch (1800 rpm)

11.964 @ 120.22

Harder launch, & a more aggressive 93 tune, i don't doubt it has 11.6-7 in it

(Link to my first xi #rip : 607AWHP/618AWTQ: TFT Inlets + RB Turbos + BQ/Wedge Tuning - N54Tech.com - Your Source for International Turbo BMW Racing Discussion)

I don't really have any specific power goals with this setup, but I do enjoy the 1/4 mile drag strip. The initial goal when I started modding my last xi over 2 years ago was to crack 10s, I guess you could say that still is in the back of my mind ;)

Thanks for checking it out, and I'll be posting some 93 octane dyno #s over the weekend, and possibly hitting the track.

Mod list:
Pure Stage 2 Turbos
TFT Inlet System
Fueling by: Fuel-It
Exhaust: HPF
Suspension: kw v3
AD-E FMIC + engine mounts
17in APEX Arc 8s

Those valves needed some loving

Got together with Steve last week, tweaked the BEF a bit, and were essentially looking for where the limits of the stage 2 bucketless LPFP, on full e85 for an XI.

These power #s were done using the OTS BEF you can download for free off n54tech.

Boost was 25psi across the board. Dialing in PI was extremely easy, especially with the BMS Controller.

Went to the track to make a few shakedown passes. Slips are below, full weight xi, e65 fuel, stage 2 bucketless, Fuel-It! DIY platinum PI kit, JB4 + OTS BEF on Map 6 27psi

I was a bit hesitant/nervous to launch the car. All I did was stage the car, take my foot of the brake, let it roll, then mash the gas. 60ft can come down ALOT, should be in the 10s shortly. That’s gotta be an xi trap speed record at least

Dang, doing a soft launch and still ran a good time. Get a decent launch and I think 10's will be no problem. Obliviously you are making some good power going by your mph on the top end.

Nice dave ! 131 is moving I was curious to see what it trapped at 530 since that's the power I'm making in my xi e30 and bucketless no pi. Guessing in the 127 range since I've ran a few cars and ran side by side with that trap

Do you use a rear diff brace on your car? My local track is piss at prep so my rears hop like hell. Im just wondering if thats something ok to use on xi.

I don’t- the driveline is 100% stock. The only suspension mod on the car is really just KW V3 coilovers.
