If this makes power im definitely buying. Is a custom charge pipe needed or do you guys plan on making a solution for that too?

Well, I went with a bottom mount and an EOS intake, so I'll have to settle for just the VC when it becomes available.

dont want to derail this thread but your better off. i'll be shocked if the VC will work with the clearance of my top mount (its that tight).

Very nice looking intake.. great job. Not a bad bad price.

When I get back and finish my build. Hope to have those 1000whp.
Then if u need a real comparison and too top numbers. I am willing to test and compare to wut I will have under same setup High Hp to the one I will use at 1st.
So keep in mind. ;-)

beautiful manifold, great runner design for high TQ.... should have a 2nd program in the CNC machine for shorter runners and more manifold box, maximum air flow!

I call that my plenum plus :D I designed it more so for my ITB delete S54 manifold but it could fit here no issues. I planned to try both. For the mid power guys I think the config as shown is best, more volume is just more curve right.

Tony if you plan on testing manifolds, you should get one of our V2 manifolds for your collection. With the injectors on top.
We currently have your manifold on the car we are doing the testing on with the PI unplugged. We will be doing all testing DI only, our BKC was made with no PI at all. We will use our injector blanks to block off the injector ports in the others, or just leave injectors in there unplugged. We opted for FF to add PI to our manifold from them, as its going on the race car, and we expect to need PI somewhere once we get past 850 or so, it remains to be seen. If you guys want to send me V2, I will gladly test it at the same time. I will say, yes your manifold is heavy, but ease of install, and removal is unbeaten by any other offering so far. Its why I leave it on the car cause I wrench on it so much.

Not trying to derail this thread, we will start a new thread in a couple days. We are just wrapping up some dyno testing of our own. But thanks for the kind words on the ease of install, that was our intention, to act like stock. We have injector plugs available also, if you do not use the PI for fueling.

@A4RingedONE8T When do you think you'll have the first installed retail manifold? I'd love to hear impressions

I have a few manifolds running now, for multiple years. This is nothing new, just the billet form of it. All dimensions for this manifold I pulled from my previous designs. I have improved things along the way as I can do more with CNC than hand fabbing the plenums so response, lower IAT's, and other things mentionable from my other manifolds should all cross over to these, to a greater extent. Of the people I've spoken to claiming manifolds, honestly have no idea who is on this forum or any forum for that matter to give unbiased feedback, probably Tony will be one of the first to really push it. A handful of the manifolds are going overseas.

Can't wait to see the intake setup and data.

I have no intention of building an intake or getting this running on the car shown, just grabbed one for some test fitment. It belongs to my business partners parents, it will be going back to stock as soon as I'm done with my fitting. Someone had asked about fitment on a N55, was very curious myself so had to try it out!

Someone from the N5X Enthusiasts Facebook group asked where the DME mounts for N55?

Haven't gotten that far nor do I intend to for a bit. Just wanted to check fitment of the manifold before everything was finalized and I start running all the parts for the N54 manifolds. The head flange needs a few tweaks for the N55 so going to make those modifications now so outside of the first 2-3 manifolds, they will fit both. I'll add a mount for the ECU at a later date once these other manifolds are going. Not looking to hold up everything just for the N55 right now.

There is always something to tweak I'm sure. Look forward to see the billet versions on customer cars, they look real nice! If ocd works doesn't come through with a billet valve cover, might be something to consider as well.
