Some of you may remember Fisker Automotive. The company that made the Karma, the $100,000+ EV with range extender that had an early reputation for catching on fire. This combined with battery recalls and the bankruptcy of its sole battery supplier led to its demise. Its assets were sold to a Chinese company who is reviving the Karma as the Revero, but that isn't the news at hand. Fisker has relaunched itself as Fisker Inc, this time with his own battery arm called Fisker Nanotech. With this, Henrik Fisker has been teasing a new, Karma "spiritual successor" which has a minimum range of 400 miles and autonomous driving. Clear they have made a couple 1ups on their main competitor, Tesla.
