Our initial supplier is in the NW and something went sideways (can't contact them) ... not sure what is up. But they were going to supply the TIG-welded splayed 2-1. @barry@3DM and I are looking at other options and plan to make a decision by end of this week on alternate path. Just trying to save some headache in having to make that piece.

Personally I'm not running the MMP silicone. Got that t-shirt before. Thanks for posting, @frontside0815 !

Def think aluminum better than stainless as far as heat retention. Also I'm scared to jinx myself again but I just got off phone and he said everything lined up nice but it was all up on the heat shield on the frame which i know can be removed especially with the hydra one on the manifolds. Anyway at least their is a current fitting piece but he feels if he moves the merge back a little and changes where the coupler goes would make much easier cause this last piece was one piece which is really hard to install so he wanted to ask before he cut it into two like PSP And vrsf are which I am fine with. Also now he just has to rework the fmic side a little and we should have proper clearance for inlets and everything else in their. I have 3 estimates about 45 to an hr away from the shop and am 30 away from the first so I left the second half my day clear so I can put time in with no interruptions.

Hey There,
im the german dealer for Omars Turbos..
VRSF Outlets do not fit- i can ensure that. Also Tiago was not really helpful after we bought more than 5 pieces of his outlets, since his description made it seem like they fit....

I hope someone gets outlet done- i asked VTT and they also wanted to sell them to me with a big disclaimer they cannot guarantee fitment....
Same was with PSP: He said the outlets for MMP Stage 3 are different to MMP 1K Turbos and that he doesnt think his outlets will fit..

So at the moment you do not have any outlet which fits besides the MMP silicone outlets, which are also IMO not fit very well... Another customer now installed those, fitted with the heatshield omar provides- should work for now, altough i prefer a aluminium solution!

I had one customer who fabricated outlets hisself, but he said its a real PITA work thats why he only did one for hisself.

Looking forward to a solution.
Ya vrsf 3 separate times said yes they fit and tiago was part of convo for some messages. Best is no accountability they want me to pay to ship back and refund me minus 20 percent. I'll have paid more in shipping then I get refunded by then. I always stood up for them with dp and even when their HD line came out and all of sudden their reg 7 inch was garbage meanwhile they pushed a 5 inch stepped saying would be enough I still didn't bash. Now im just feeling like their a pr machine that acts like politicians not a vendor. Just say things are great until they come out with rev 2 now the old is horrible and you need the HD core but now you need tre race 7.5 core lmao

For that front turbo silicone coupling, I recommend a offset coupling to achieve clearance from the heat shield.

Fits perfect except pipe a cunt hair short cause we opted to go down a little on the bend Instead of doing such a tight bend up like the stock pipes and turbo gave ton more room . Jig is perfect just need little more pipe now cause ran short on new style but it is finally perfect we have more material arriving tomorrow.

Now he tells me lmao
Honestly that would be great but then would gave to either weld reducer on turbo or go 2 inch on outlet which would make tighter unless you reduced on a curve which would be nightmare for manufacturing and I still think wouldnt really work. Best alternative to what we did would be the 90 degree silicone reducer I think rb or filippo mentioned but sourcing that in aramid would be hard and making it 90 degree would really force heat into the silicone imho.

Nice photos, @Rob09msport ... now I'm getting excited about building ours!

One of the few N54 benefits of the Z4 ... here's a photo of when I was looking to install PSP in the car with stock snails. Note the clearance to the heat shield/frame rail.

Done I also sent the two that asked his email and I bought data plan so I can use sparingly on boat cause the international roaming speeds were frustratingly slow like literally would Timeout on me was so slow. Supposedly I should have 4g In Mexico with my global roaming plan so if anyone has questions or needs me to escrow the money to the manufacturer I can have them put on my account and take the payment through venmo zelle and I'm ok with PayPal or whatever else that protects buyer and seller. The shop is pretty well known and I have been on forum for while and had multiple large transactions so as long as someone isn't a fresh sign up I'll do whatever and they should feel pretty safe as well.

No, aside Omar's, I believe there are a couple in Europe. I believe running MMP outlet. @Rob09msport is on a boat somewhere right now ... his car is not on the road yet either.

Has anyone thought of installing a Vibrant Vanjen clamp in place of the silicone coupler? Seems like that would be the way to go.

Looks pretty good. Is this the first Hydra Turbo car on the road?

My car runs with HP650 since about 7.500KM, then we have another HP650 with about 10.000KM and we will have 1 set HP800 and 3 Sets HP650 in the near future.

For now we are really happy with the turbos and their performance :).

@Rob09msport I contacted your guy but he didn´t reply yet :-(
