Actually that wouldn't be math, it'd be reading comprehension and/or memory recall, in which case, yes I don't remember the exact number. Seems I've had a few months since the post where you more or less said it'd be ready tomorrow.

That's amazing. So we can buy it tonight then?

I have yet to give any information on release date.

This is what mama likes to hear! What conclusions did you reach from testing?

I will be going through the logs and data gathered this week.

I would say the conclusions are, for $199 you can get a 2-step NLS box that works perfectly. Rather than wait for their release. The people up top are right. They always have releases "just around the corner" that takes many months to come to light. Also if this NLS is anything like the "boost by gear" built into MHD, I will pass.

So that's only 8 months after you told me it would be ready, and I guess all the people saying the boost box is having significant issues are all making it up then? Carry on

And all the people who are being told "FOD" on their GC's (some multiple sets) when it's really a 150 batch set of bad turbines are making it up? Go work on your own shit, carry on.

Well, first off Tony it's not boost by gear, it's load by gear. Secondly, it works perfect, I've got plenty of logs showing it. Third, not all of us are fans of altering stock wiring. I for one won't do it, it permanently damages the wires you tap into, adds failure points, and can cause difficult to diagnose problems down the line.

As much as I want NLS, LC, and FF, I can wait for the best way of doing it. Same reason I'm not running JB4.

Lol, yes load is one variable the DME uses to control boost correct. I bet it works great for you, and your 470WHP stock turbo N54. Let me know when you are racing your car with 850WHP, and 850WTQ. Then let me know how greats its working, because it works like shit, well unless you like bog between shifts, I guess its pretty awesome at that. Maybe they have some some special version they use, who knows, who cares. Altering stocking wiring? Had no idea placing a posi tap on a wire was altering it. But hey these cars are holding their resale value super well, make sure you do not alter anything.

Jake as for leaving me out of updates. Not sure when the last time I used any of the "updated" check boxes except idle. Why because your map sensor scaling is wrong, and nothing else is needed. Justin actually have me the coil tables to change, so I did not even need to check that box. I will be so sad to be left out of the awesome NLS update you guys have coming.

I am stating facts, these guys gas everyone up on "updates" then its womp womp womp for months. Hows that flex fuel you said was about a month away from release coming, I also see you ignored my post about the boost box issues not surprising.

Did guys make a check box to fix your imaginary misfires caused by the ATI damper...:tearsofjoy:

Won't be racing my car, and likely won't have 850whp anytime soon. At least not until I'm confident with MMP's cast ball bearing units. Even then I think 850 is a tall order, and in truth it is for the majority of the community. But that's irrelevant, I would be interested to see how well it does on 600-650.

My car does, however, bog between gears if I'm not quick enough. And without getting cocky, I'm a pretty decent driver, and I can move gears pretty quick. I do think this is a tune related issue, my Fiero lags much harder than this car at the same power levels, and it doesn't bog as badly.

I'm as disappointed with his update process as you are. I also question his devotion when this isn't on the front burner. I wasn't exaggerating with the years salary overnight statement, that's a reality with FF.

I don't like cutting into factory wiring, and I don't want that on my car. It opens up reliability problems by adding failure points. My car will probably hold its value quite well, but I get that that is not the norm on these cars. But for me, personally, it's not what I want on my car.

Honest to God you all need to stop complaining about the work jyamona is putting in on this DME. He's putting in his own time to do this and I havent seen anyone else volunteering to do what he is. If you feel he is slow with updates or you don't like the features he's coming up with then do it yourself, otherwise I wish you would all STFU.https://bmw.spoolstreet.com/members/jyamona.207/

Always loved them. They look cool and are a blast to drive. Mine has an engine swap to a 3.4 DOHC with SFI (From a 2.8 OHV). So that means I built the entire wiring harness, built the engine mounts, fuel lines, coolant lines, etc. Engine has a deep sump oil pan, ported/polished heads, lightweight lifters, a newer intake manifold with a custom arm and larger throttle body, then I built equal length headers, bolted on a dual ball bearing T4 Garrett GT35R, built the exhaust, air to water intercooler, and that's where I'm at. The 2.8 dynoes at 115whp stock, the 3.4 178whp, and I put down 427whp at 8.7 psi. I'd turn it up but I'm afraid I'll put a hole in the block.

He's not donating his time out of the kindness of his heart for the community. He stands to make a ridiculous amount of money off of this. That's why he's doing it.

It's the same as Apple spending millions in R&D on the new iPhone. They're not doing it to be kind.

Load per gear worked flawlessly this weekend on 870whp, as did stock DME NLS.

VIN's please? I know you say you won't be sad to miss out, but I'd like to ensure it.

And this changes things how? You dictate to Apple when they release their new iPhones because they are making money off it? So because he is making money now on things, he alone is working on, he is your slave and has to do things on your schedule?
If he takes another year to drop all of these things it's his prerogative. We should be happy to have someone with his skill set that's willing to do this at all with how much people bitch and moan.
