I stopped being lazy and wrote my 93 octane winter / road trip tune. Peep the video for all the turbo noises:

The dyno had a minor hiccup with speed signal on the 510 run. No clue why, literally the only run where it happened.

20 psi, 7.5* timing. AFRs 11.9-12.1 up top. Tried 8* and got timing pulls, DME probably unhappy with the old beat up spark plugs I have in the motor. As this isn't a max effort tune anything over 500 SAE I'm satisfied with, so this is how I'll leave it. Tuned by me, if anyone has tuning suggestions feel free to chime in.

Side note, the DIY stage 4 is working phenomenally. Fuel pressure for days: https://datazap.me/u/veer90/2-18-ts-dynojet-93oct?log=0&data=1-4

This is exactly where I have mine set at on 93 oct. I do run it a lot richer tho. I think I target 11.2 up top IIRC. I keep the port injection on.

general consensus I've been getting is DI motor can run leaner up to a certain EGT threshold.

11.2 is super conservative but nothing wrong with that. just keep an eye on it, I know one guy washed the cylinder walls and damaged the motor when it went full retard rich (O2s pegged at 10) for a whole pull because his PI was set up wrong.

In my testing on comp turbos. Going from a .84 AR to 1.00 AR we actually reduced spool by like 3-400rpm :)

Well not really what I wanted to hear LOL. I ordered my speedtech kit with an .84 A/R with hopes to keep low end spool. Guess we will see if Comp and PT are similar in that respect.

Awesome. I've always wondering what ballpark my car would be in for 93 octane. I've always just used E85.

I checked my bin, 11.6 is my target. I've also ran like one 93 oct tank in the last like 3 years

according to virtual dyno, my car is making 520whp on 93 octane on the motiv ST setup. its a 82-67 turbo with about 17-18psi. Car is tuned by Ken and Rail pressure is 2600-2700psi at redline so im thinking their is a good amount of power to gain on stock DI when I add e30/e40
