By popular demand due to our Direct port Nitrous plate......

Twisted Tuning's N54 Direct port Meth Injection plate is an affordable and most durable Plate on the market for your N54 (N55 coming soon). Made from CNC 6061 T6 Aluminum stock machined to spec with tight tolerances.

Direct Port injection is the best way for secondary injection of any fuel. Whether you are using the injection for cooling or for supplemental fueling to the Factory DI system. Direct port injection alleviates the worry for fluid distribution issues well known to the N54.

**Nozzle mounting is located on the bottom side of the plate when mounted**
**Plate is 25mm in thickness with thick runner bridges which prevents any warping from heat cycling and to promote a constant sealing surface to reduce chances of leaks**

-Gaskets
-Tapped for 1/8th NPT Meth nozzles
***For other than 1/8th NPT port tapping please inquire ahead of time by emailing us at: [email protected] so that we can discuss and try to accommodate your needs***

I like this solution much better than tapping into the plastic manifold. If I wasn't going with the EOS intake manifold, I'd be looking into one of your sandwhich plates for sure.

Indeed. Tapping the plastic manifold works. But it's not ideal but any means. Especially with heat cycling and if you take the nozzles out a lot and etc. Plastic wears down far easier.

Going with the EOS manifold is also a good choice for a Direct port solution.

looking sexy! You running it on your car now?

nitrous plate is on my car. but need to finish the install of the rest of the full nitrous system. Put in the Upgraded Stage 2+ LPFP from Precision, and the plate. just need to run all the lines, install the bottle and remote opener and custom switchplate.

Couple people purchased the Meth version already, so im sure we'll see more posts about it soon.

I can't wait to install mine Justin. I'll post up a review when I do.

I'm running the BMS kit with 6x Aquamist .4mm check valve nozzles (~190cc @ 220psi) and 1x CM2 nozzle at my Intercooler outlet.

Just had the chance to open it up last night. It looks good! I will be starting the install next Monday along with GCs.

I still need to ensure the Aquamist nozzles thread properly. Ill do that in a few hours when I get off shift.

So out of coincidence. Myself and Duane are currently in the same area in Washington, So worked out great when I accidentally sent him a plate threaded doe 1/8th NPT when he needed M8 threading for the Aquamist Nozzles. So I got a fresh plate sent out to me from back home in NY.

Met up, and fixed everything right up. Aquamist compression type nozzles installed.

What a crazy coincidence! That was a great turn around too. You have no idea how much I appreciate it. I should have this on the car by next week(unless oil pan gasket and GCs are finished by Sunday) . You will be the first to know how it runs, Justin.

I've had compression fittings leak so regardless you just need to be diligent in giving the car a once over from time to time. I wish every hose connection on this car was push lock, love those.

What are appropriate nozzle sizes for a single turbo kit with 90 octane, and nozzle size for charge pipe xooling? @twistedtuning

Here is my initial install of the plate. I will be taking out the T, and running the 7th nozzle off the end of the block. I just need to order another 6mm fitting from Aquamist. Each line from the distro block is equal length. They are. 4mm 170cc nozzles, but are about 200cc @ 220psi. My 7th nozzle is a DO2 350cc/min. Total is around 1550cc/min. So far she's working great at 25psi @ 10.5 degrees of timing.

What meth mix and what type of fuel are you running?
