Am i on the extended wait list or on the now shipping list. Im going to burn car if i get another misfire with a .18 gap

That's odd. I'm running .20 gap on my NGK 97506 plugs and I get no misfires even with 28+ psi.

Did you buy them from a reputable shop? I know NKG gets a bad rap because of all the China counterfeit ones being sold where people think there getting the real thing.

IAT around 98F. Nice and cool with that meth flowing!

No meth. Its all E85 through PI. Well in that run somewhere between e62 and e65 according to my e85 sensor. It was also a freeway run where my rpms started around 3800rpm.

Oh.
What’s that “meth” channel logging from 35 to 50?

Its the port injection for the extra e85 fuel. That channel is used for meth or e85. There are some who also use meth with e85 but I'm not sure how that's logged.

The jb4 uses the meth setup for PI injection and the extra fuel is logged as the fuelen perimeter. This is all adjustable in the jb4 so I can choose to run more PI or more direct injection ect... currently I run it setup as high PI use since the jb4 does flex fuel by scaling PI output and it works well. So I can run 93 or full e85 or anywhere in between. Once jb4 gets the mhd new tables there flex fuel will be more DI with PI as the extra. Both ways work well so its really just a user preference type of deal. In order to run a setup like this you have to know the jb4 system and how it works to tune around it since it's all based on the jb4 settings.

Will be shipping soon I can assure you guys. This coming week or next, expect kits to be arriving.

Also, natural failure means a coil failing under driving conditions because of load or misfire issues. Natural failures would be like our Bosch or Delphi OEM units failing on us after a hard pull or because of misfires during that pull.

The DME fuse was blown and replacing it got it running. It's running the PR coils and I don't notice anything untoward. I have only idled it and have no driving impressions yet, because now I'm looking into some other stuff that may be related to the MHD flashing I did, since not much else has changed. I'm getting a Servotronic error and my driver window isn't working. I've disconnected the battery and will reconnect in a bit to see if that somehow helps. Then I'll try flashing again. I had to to download the BMS BEF as I used a new phone. I had pulled rhe idrive fuse out earlier looking for the DME fuse and initially had it in the wrong spot
It's in a section with a bunch of empties.

Bumper is off because I installed some HID foglight bulbs , which need some troubleshooting.

Disappointed i didnt get my zebra cake lol.
Got mine all in, as billfold said, you must trim that nub off. I had to trim my cover to fit. And it was a pain getting the rear coil in with catch can hoses. Prepare to curse, have beer handy if you need, and you'll probably rip your cuticles on your fingers up. I did anyway.

Had eldor coils with 95770 @ 0.022 before with no issues. Only reason i upgraded was preparing for st swap. Use plenty of die-electric grease!

Previously had issues with 1.5 colder plugs, the autolites. Switched to the ngk no issues since. So give those a shot at 0.022 and most misfire issues should go away.

Did you have to
Slather on di electric grease?
I put grease on the ends of the boot holes, and gave the still-installed plugs a little bit of the old in-out, in-out action before snapping them in place. I later pulled them all off to go back to stock and found them quite snug. With no lube I think they would be difficult to remove.

Driving impressions is that unless it is something else the throttle response and off boost mid-range seems peppier. It almost has the feeling of messing with your throttle mapping to make it more responsive.

I did a log and spanked a Mustang and some other car from a roll, no misfires. Once I figure out which file my log is I'll post the datazap link.

My odd Servotronic and window issues after replacing the DME fuse and flashing the PR coil checkbox was some mislocated fuses from when I was pulling and checking them blindly at lunch not knowing which fuse it was.

Edit: I think this is my purposeful log:

Yours underboosting from 5000 to about 5800. What are your mods? Running E85?
Pure Stage 2 Hi-Flow 2" snouts, RB hi-flow drains, VTT inlets, VRSF DPs and DCI, Wagner IC, RPi exhaust, DIY Walbro 450, BMS OCC, NGK 5992 @ 0.022", Fuel-It PI w/680cc DW injectors, N20 3.5bar TMAP, 550i/335is OEM DM clutch, ER CP w/Tial BOV, BMS JB4 and PI controller, BMS OTS BEF for hybrids/PI/E85 map 7, and PR coils. I plan to walnut blast, increase my BOV line size, beef up my LPFP more, and then get a pro tune. I have a BMS WMI setup I may put in and an MMP silicone outlet(and inlet) setup that may possibly go in although I'd prefer some aluminum ones.
