Eldor is equivalent to the Delhi 153

Single turbo cars such as my old one and my new setup will be running Delphi 153 with NGK 95770 plugs (5992 equivalent) but I don't think they last as long

Good to know thanks. I may try the eldor out just to get some first hand experience.

First off, this thread was a great idea and thanks to those who have taken their time to contribute to it. This thread will be a great reference point for newcomers and tenured people as well.

I had to grab a Delphi coil not long ago without much notice and ended up with a GN10328. Worked flawlessly but I will check out the other options eventually as I need to replace the rest. You can see this coil side by side with a Bosch here.. View: https://instagram.com/p/BLRqfPmgtKd/

Getting back to injectors...
I still have my original injectors on my 2008 335xi / 60K miles. I think I'm lucky...they still seem fine, no major hiccups. When do people usually change injectors, and what symptoms tell you it's time to change them?

That's good to know, Omar. But I will happily by new OEM injectors when needed. My question is when do people usually change injectors, and what symptoms tell you it's time to change them?

A "colder" spark plug is more efficient at transferring heat from the firing tip to the engine head. In doing so the firing tip of the plug is kept cooler, helping with the elimination of detonation / pre-ignition.

So talking to my big hp buddies 1000+ and their tuners they are adamant on running stock heat range even with E85, at most one step colder i.e. Ngk 95770.. do we know of any plugs other than the OE Bosch ones with their heat range that'd work?

I personally agree with this. I made right under 1000 whp with 0.5 steps colder than stock on my z06. I do not believe in colder plugs with e85. I need to get my new car on the dyno and test some stuff.

Let's find some plugs :)
