The results are on bummer boost and pretty sure ff posted them here.

25rwk is nothing to sneeze at for just a manifold change and increases with more boost.

I could offer a gasket but you guys already have a good one so me making one would be me ripping off someone else's hard work and thats not what I would do, just bad business practice.

Evolution of speed one is cheap and it works.

I don't think its ripping anyone off, you can just offer your own. You would be providing a complete solution, businesses pay for that all the time.

**IF I COULD MAKE A SUGGESTION** To make a Replaceable Back Fire Plate that can be changed out incase of a backfire for those running nitrous or whatever type of PI, that will insure your manifold isn't trashed and give yourself a weak link to give in those cases.

Finally unboxed my doc race manifold today. Man that thing is heavy.

How much do you estimate your manifold to weigh? And are you making a charge pipe for it?

As promised this is the test mule from a company that I've been working closely called plazmaman.

Still need to move the manifold sensor to the rear of the manifold and put the backfire window where the sensor block sits currently.

I think this was well worth the time and effort and should be fitted and running by early next week.

Its ready for production pending final changes and it only weighs 6.08 kg or 13.4 lb

Need to get vendor status before I release any pricing and get a group buy happening

Because it looks good? You don't even have it running yet so you can't say it helped at all. And considering the at best modest results on very high powered cars, and the lack of innovation, I wouldn't anticipate much in terms of gains. Especially when you consider the round, and long, primaries.

I just see a large, heavy, heat sink that offers little to no gains.

But I've said this all along with most every manifold made. I want to see ITB's.

The results will be in early next week, this currently is the lightest alloy front facing manifold available for the n54
that I know of paired with the phenolic gasket the intake will barely get luke warm.

This isn't the first manifold these guys have built and are regarded one of the best manifold builders in the country.

Gains will be there, how much who knows but we will find out soon enough.

Can't wait to see the results. It sure is pretty.

I don't know much about intake manifold design but has any real thought gone into the runner lengths of the intake on any of the N54 intake manis? IIRC in general shorter is better for high HP higher revs while longer is better for tq in the lower rpms. I assume this is why people go with ITBs on very short runners and then either put filters on them or run a large plenum over them as would be needed for FI.

This looks really nice, we have used Plazmaman intake manifolds on couple of EVO's, a very well built manifolds but not cheap priced :(
I hope you will offer competitive price.

Generally speaking, FI cars want short, high-flowing intake runners as the entire theory of N/A intake manifold design is irrelevant.

The plenum now needs to be modeled for consistent flow to all cylinders under pressure.

They obviously didn't design this manifold with any thought to the runners or plenum.

This seems like an unnecessary level of negative assumptions to make. You have no idea how much thought they put into any of this I would wager.

Such a negative post at this point I think really just discredits you instead of this product. I'm not sure it is worth the "I told you guys!" if your are right since we will find out soon enough. If it doesn't make things worse there will be buyers just on looks alone.
