Oscillation / cutting power type feeling when in low RPMs in 5th gear (6AT)

I'm not sure what is going on here, my tuner says they do not see anything abnormal from the logs. I've attached the log and also a video of what I am experiencing. (You'll need to turn the sound up VERY loud to hear it)

It seems like the car is cutting power when giving it full throttle in the lower rpm range while in 5th gear. The only thing I haven't tried yet is a TCU Flash. Not sure if that would help things or not.

When I view timing on cyl 1 crank I see oscillations

That seems to match up with the 'womwomwomwomwomwomp' sound in your video.

Why is the car correcting?

work on the torque limiters and the load as well ...

boost is intersecting boost limit all over the place.

you tuner actually thinks your datalog is ok ?
