Port Injection Issues

Yo guys heres a list of things im running. Jb4/mhd stack, Full Fuelit system, bms jb4 pi controller.

My issue is port injection not flowing at all. The wiring is set up correct so it seems as though it's a menu setup issue. I bought this jb4 used so the previous owner may have something messed up in the settings. Menu 8 is set to zero, meth trigger is set to 1, and the car doesn't have a two step relay. Any suggestions?

Log shows PI request and signal back from controller... Its sort of important. Anyway if you end up needing our help you know where to find us. :)

PS. Once you verify a PI request in the JB4 log some photos would help too. Common problems include connecting RPM to the wrong spot on the factory harness, running an older JB4 board that does not have the updated 24k22 output driver for PI, and even something as simple as a power or ground issue for the unit. If all else fails it's possible to get a dud PI box although we've not had any of those at least than I can recall out of around 500 units out.

Did you get the ANTI LAG chip for the JB4? Without that it will not work.

I thought recent g5 boards didnt need the antilag chip? I have 24k22

If it's a 2017 board then you're OK. If its older may or may not have the right firmware. You also did not verify the PI request from the JB4 to the controller.

I see the request out, although I'd raise the AFR bias to say 50 or something higher just to be 100% sure it's fully not turning on. And then you'll want to look at wiring.

Do you have antilag on the JB4? If so and that works then the PI output should be working too. They were introduced with the same firmware.

Yes I changed it to 50 and drove the car again with no success. We will examine the wires today. I also cracked open the jb4 and my board says 24K 22. I bought that used so I don't know if that is the anti lag chip or not.

Just because it says 24k22 does not mean it has the required firmware flashed to it. If its not working and you don't know, I'd presume that is the problem.
