In my case, the issue is in fact a boost leak on the turbo to intercooler pipe. Going to get it fixed this week and I should be able to hit targets. Strange that I never got codes or other symptoms aside from not hitting targets.

Did you manage to get that boost leak fixed? How's boost holding for you now?

I got under it this weekend and just about lost my mind lining up the Turbo-Intercooler charge pipe perfectly, but it's still leaking.

I think I've been a dumbass though. When I changed my chargepipe back in October, I broke the clips to the vacuum hose that goes from the charge pipe to the clean air pipe and it's the most likely reason why. Part comes in tomorrow and I'm praying that fixes it. Otherwise she's going somewhere with a better testing setup, I don't have a smoke machine or compressor.

Yeah, the bastard F25 intercooler fitments suck! As far as boost leak testing, make sure that if you take it to a shop that they remove the oil cap, otherwise it'll blow out the crank main seals. That said, most shops suck at performing a decent boost leak test. It'd be cheaper to go buy a compressor and do it yourself. A 30 gallon version does it nicely.

Also, that fuel evap vent pipe leaks boost from the factory. It's restricted at the control valve orifice, but it's the N55's wonderful little built-in boost leak! Cap it on the inlet side to test properly.

Still, flash 91 2H and post up a 3-4-5 log or as close as you can get to that.

If it's leaking on a new pipe, what should I do? Bigger O-ring?

You're replacing part 4 in this diagram, right? The "Sucking jet pump with lines" It won't leak. It's unlikely that it is leaking. Even if it was leaking, it wouldn't be likely to leak enough to cause your issues. Try a bigger o-ring if you think it will help, but your boost issue likely lies elsewhere.

Doodlebro, I was thinking of your boost problem this morning. I'm guessing that your issue might be that your original X3 PWG actuator is on there. Check this out: X3 PWG actuator differences

Haha, yeah, Pure sent me the wrong turbo the first time and I noticed part way through the install. They sent the right one the second time (with the proper, inner facing wastegate arm) and there was no problems calibrating it to close properly. I also tested it and the canister holds vacuum fine up to 20in Hg. I'm taking her into an indy next week and they'll track it down, I'll find out what their process is and make sure my seals don't blow.

There's actually 3 variants of this turbo causing headaches like that though, pretty amazing they couldn't just design one.

After a couple weeks of back and forth figuring out parts for my car, I've successfully installed the custom inlet created by AZMC-Racer. I also had the shop boost test up to 22PSI and they said there were no leaks.

Problem is I still have the same behavior (not hitting targets with tapering), and I really don't know what to do next since I've already replaced the solenoid and triple checked all connections.

Cars are weird.

Welp, sometimes it's the simple stuff.

I found my problem. The vacuum line to the flap outside the car was disconnected causing a massive vacuum leak. Was probably disconnected for some considerable time (including before I blew my turbo).

Car is now hitting targets no problem. Pretty stoked!

Can you specify the specific location? Or take a photo,
