I tried to compare the shifting speed (RPM) data of 35i vs 35is software but did not see any difference. This is logged by my AiM device at 10Hz (for some reason I had resolution sitting at 10Hz instead of 20Hz). DSC=off, M DCT mode, WOT shifting from 3rd to 4th.

Anyway, I am still happy with the 35is software overall. It does seem to adapt over time so it behaves different from one day to the other, and especially just after a map flash. But the same thing was going on with the old flash. It doesnt impact WOT shifting, just how it slips when cold etc.

Can anyone point me to a new version of ISTA? Wifeys X3 giving me fits and think I need to troubleshoot some wheel speed sensors....

That should just come with the SQLite database so diagnostic only, no programming.

I have heard good things about Carly and Torque Pro as well, but I haven't personally used them on my E89.
