Map 1 for the ST BEF is overboosting my WG spring psi of 12.5 psi to 17 psi consistently.

I tried manually limiting the boost to 12 psi using the User Settings screen, but as you can see the car still makes 16 psi consistently with that change.

I don't think it's a hardware issue because the boost isn't out of control.

Anyone experience this before, or have any thoughts based on the logs?

Thanks!

Any more information you can provide? Specifically what turbo, manifold, wastegate, wastegate springs?

You can see your wastegate duty cycle is at 0 so I am inclined to think there is some kind of hardware issue. Perhaps different wastegate springs than expected or a vacuum line routing issue.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Car's a 2008 335i, with a Doc Race kit, 6062 Precision turbo, dual Wastgates controlled by a Mac solenoid. I'm running a 12.5 lb spring. It actually made the correct amount of boost before. This started recently.

I think you're on to something with the wgdc. It's really sporadic is this log here. Do you think a vacuum line might be loose, pinched or fell off?

What was last touched since the car was working properly? If nothing then it would seem like a leaking vacuum line or leaking diaphragm on the wastegate possibly.

You were on the money. The bolt holding one of the vacuum lines backed out. Hopefully the threads aren't stripped. That wastegate was rubbing when the kit was initially installed. Didn't have enough room to wiggle it in so I'll have to bring it to a mechanic.

Thanks bud!
