Like Abacus38 already answered, the limit on e85 is well known with a lot people have hitting this limit on their way to greater things so there is a fair amount of certainty on it and just multiple by the energy density difference between fuels... I'd estimate a ratio of about ~1.53x so that makes ~670 - 690whp (dynojet).

out of curiosity, was this run limited by airflow or fuel? seems like you must have been close to the hpfp limit!
Impressive. Was that number on a prototype hpfp upgrade or stock hpfp?
