We all know a cool transmission = happy transmission. And we ALL want our transmission to last. Well look no further, we offer a kit that is PROVEN to lower temps and keep the trans happy. We have tested this kit for months with EXCELLENT results. During summer (temps up to 100*) when running the car hard, our trans stays nice and cool, temps hit 180 MAX, This kit includes everything you need to install. *Some trimming may be required, works with 6HP21 Transmissions) Includes a Trucool core, 160* High flow thermostat, and necessary lines/fittings/brackets to install. $450 plus shipping.

Is Trucool an off brand? Either way, if it works, great price.

Does it come with the plugs for the coolant line? Can you sell me the bracket?

I only have a few progress pics, but ill write up a DIY on it. And added a link to the post to purchase.

Yes it does come with plugs, and the cores come with brackets that I mod to fit, and ill see if I can find a spare bracket laying around.

Kit looks great, I appreciate the support on the platform. I'm hoping you plan to offer it for awhile, I'm ordering turbos this week and I have a few other things i gotta fit in the budget before this.

Both your oil cooler and trans cooler look like nice kits. I'm unterested in both and went to your website and sent you a message - can you provide a discount if we purchase both?

    Thanks!
(Also looking for the DIY instructions for both)

What's the size of the cooler core you use?

I really like the idea of isolating the ATF cooling circuit from the engine cooling circuit using this kit. Has anyone tried it yet? Would a fan attached to the core, or in the vicinity of the core, be a huge improvement? If so, has any tried to install a fan? (And please supply pics!)

I doubt it. Had this kit on my car since day one as well as many others. My average trans temps are 150ish. It keeps the trans cool and happy. Even stop and go traffic. Adding a fan is optional but not needed imo.

Neat kit! So do you sell the bracket by itself as well?
