Can somebody list me the hardware i need to install the adapter. I did not install my charge pipe and bov be cause i wasn't sure what i needed to to the manifold tap. Glad i found this adapter!!

Adapter comes with two longer screws to bolt your MAP sensor to. Use rubber vaccum caps to seal off vaccum barb coming off the IM. Use 1/8" NPT hose barb fitting to attach the adapter to your boost vaccum line off your BOV. Pictures have been posted of the setup complete.

Sorry if I sound a bit slow, but the threaded end of the barb nipple thing screws into this unit?

Look at the pictures man! but yes.
Thank you. I’m not seeing which pictures anyone is referring to. On the page for the product itself it’s bit clear to me. I see no lines running anywhere. It’s clear because of your answer not any picture that I’ve been privvied to.

There's an advantage to run this bov adapter with thicker bov line (than oem line) for auto guys?
I'm having about 5psi boost spikes on my 6266 on upshifts. I changed my bov line from stock 4mm to 6mm, but keeping the stock little nipple at the manifold, there was no changes at all.

Your symptoms aside, increasing the hose diameter while leaving the nipple the same will do nothing. If anything it will make your bov even less responsive.

I thought it was not recommended to share the sensors with anything ?

That sensor is just a pressure sensor so it's not adversely or noticeably affected by the spacer. The TMAP in the charge pipe measures both temperature and pressure and is relatively more critical. According to a post elsewhere by Terry from BMS, the MAP in the intake is only used under vacuum and the TMAP in the charge pipe is used under boost with the MAP in the manifold as a backup.

Make your own decision, but I think the minuscule increase in volume from the adapter has no appreciable effect on the ability of the sensor to measure vacuum/pressure. I have a port injection spacer which adds much more volume and I haven't heard anyone say it was a concern.
