So to complete this setup and do it right, I'll need:
1. BOV adapter itself with hose
2. Spectre Performance 4254 Vacuum Cap Assortment
3. Parker 4-2 B2HF-SS 316 Stainless Steel Barb Connector To Male Pipe 1/4" Hose Barb X 1/8" Male NPT
4. https://www.mcmaster.com/90925a255

Did I miss anything? TIA

I just ordered one of these adapters, hopefully it comes quickly!

Probably obvious, but you may not need #2 if you have something you can run off the stock vacuum nipple. I have a boost gauge from ECS connected to mine, so there was no need to buy the caps.

Ok guys ... on my screws I made an amateur mistake. Thanks to @Narcosis for making me aware. I measured the factory BMW screws, assuming the screws that came with the Vader Solutions BOV kit would be about the same size. I ordered the screws that I've sent out to people, based on the factory screw. Turns out the factory screw is 5.0mm. The screws I sourced are 4.8mm (very close). The Vader Solutions screws are 4.15mm ... much smaller than the factory BMW screw. I'm even happier that I found the replacement screws!

BUT ... to use the 4.8mm torx screw which I've been referring to, one will have to ream the BOV adapter as it is drilled to support the smaller screw. 4.8mm is exactly 3/16" - you can use an SAE 3/16" drill bit to open it up - this is an exactly fit and you may need to run the bit through a couple times to ever-so-slightly oversize the hole. If you have a metric drill set, use 5mm and you are good to go. If you have a reamer set, and I suspect it will be SAE, I suggest reaming at 13/64" which puts you close to 5.2m, providing a smidge of wiggle room.

If you wish to do none of the above, run the screws that were sent, which will put a 4.15mm screw into a 5.0mm factory hole.

Got mine today and installed it. Obviously Vader Solutions shipped mine quickly, YMMV of course. The adapter and supplied screws fit fine, everything tightened down solidly. My sensor was gunk free and didn't need cleaning (of course I cleaned it anyways). The barb wouldn't thread all the way down into the adapter but pictures of GEOS07335i's install on e90post using a brass fitting showed the same thing. Seems to have no negative effect anyways. BoV response is noticeably improved! Great time and hassle saver!

@Cjc its been a while since I did this. But think it was a 1/8" npt to 4an fitting. Vibrant banjo to 4an. Then just two 4an fittings and some 4an braided stainless hose

Okay boys and girls. Got my BOV installed with the correct size screws. First off, I ran a 3/16" reamer through with some cutting oil, followed by a 13/64" reamer that gave us about 0.015" clearance on the 0.190" torx screw. A quick clean up of the entry and exit faces with a countersink reamer and we are good to go. Fits and threads great. A little Loctite 242 on the barb fitting to seal things up.

Thanks much. I'm still waiting on my order. I'll surely mirror this setup once I have it together.

Is there a noticeable difference to the speed of pressure release when the throttle closes?

Coming from the stock vacuum nipple the improvement is dramatic and noticeable on your first shift. That being said I have a Tial Q, I'm not sure how much of an improvement you will see with a DV set up.

Ok ... got 150 miles or so on this thing. Gotta say my throttle behavior seems to be much better. Especially coming off throttle - the car would behave as if I was still on the throttle (like coming off WOT). 150 miles isn't much but I'll report back if I find differently.

Like to place an order, but not sure if Vader Solutions have any more in stock? Lead time and delivery from the past post worries me.

I'd like to place an order but would like confirmation from Vader Solutions, which I did try to reach out to Omar, but no response.

For some reason, this block seems to be out of place sitting on this intake,, all tho some may belive this is just an awesome piece of sculpture, some thought could have gone into this instead of a block of aluminum sitting on a plastic intake. I do give VS props for coming up with a pnp for an easy mani tap, on the other hand, if you can't ship this thing out complete with a piece of hose within 24 hrs, stop offering it. I'm not understanding why you have to make someone wait 2weeks for this. Then again, I tryed to inquire a couple of fittings from RB Turbo,,as to no reply either. The mechanic in me done a different approach for a bov tap.
