Why is this dude even allowed to be a vendor here? I thought scammers like jpworkz get banned here. He must be using all of the money he steals from customers to pay off a moderator.

Omar is a good dude, many of us have gotten our products from him in a very timely manner.

Like I mentioned before, hes a one man show, runs his own shop, and is an enthusiast just like you and me. Its unfortunate that things have slipped through the cracks obviously, but it's also obvious hes not a scammer. He got married late November, went on his honeymoon, and then I'm sure like all of us he had to deal with the hecticness of the holiday's. This isn't VRSF or VAC or another huge company you're ordering from, and this isn't e90post or bummerboost, the vendors cant pay off the admin here. From what I've seen Omar has always made things right, and considering you're getting custom made CNCd parts from him most of the time, even a month isn't that long of a wait. Go order 90% of the ST kits that are options for the N54, then you can see what a wait is.

If any retailer has any item that says (in stock), there is no reason whatsoever that it can't be shipped out within 48 hrs. Unless a holiday, or otherwise noted on a web page, just send it out. In my opinion, this leaves a very bad taste knowing that your paid item is in the hand of a total stranger who may or may not ship your item depending how there day is going. This just dosent stop, and this is peanuts for the guys who dropped $4k on a turbo kit!

BOV Adapter installed. First impressions and effects:
1. Had to increase from white spring to unpainted 11psi spring since the new set up sealed better and produces more vacuum than old smaller line to bov.
2. throttle is less lazy and more cut throat response, bov is more serious and razor like. previously, it would do fine, but felt 'rounder and lazier'.
3. Definitely more accurate boost levels... engine will even move noticeably if in Park and revving. Previously, would not do that.

did you get your adaptor yet? I ordered mine and I get no shipping update or email response. If I know this would of happened I would never buy from that site again.

No, never shipped. I got my money back from filing a non-receipt dispute with Visa this week. I emailed Omar multiple times with no response and obviously tried to reach out multiple times on here with no response either so I gave up.

Weird...I got mine in less than a week after ordering. Just installed it last week. Very good upgrade.

Not only did I get email updates but also text sms updates on status.

I see in the refund policy you get store credits for a refund in the about section of the site. Does this mean if you click buy you can't get refund if its not shipped or available? "NO CASH REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS OR PRE-PAYMENTS. DEPOSITS ARE FOR ITS INTENDED PRODUCT OR CAN BE USED AS STORE CREDIT ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS" that's from the site. He never indicate that he doesn't have it in stocks if he is not shipping, update status or reply to email.

Yep seems like a loophole. Idk what Omar's been up to but he needs to get his act together. Generally there seems to be some very happy customers and some very unhappy customers at the same time.

I think regardless of what the site says he will refund you if it is his fault. And if not, then PayPal is Draconian in refunding payment to customers even if they are at fault. All they have to do is make up an excuse even if it's not true as long as the vendor cannot prove it.

Case in point, this is a guy who bought an upgraded valve body from me and fucked it up because he didn't know how to install it, then demanded a refund...a couple of years ago. ABR Houston had to step in to provide judgement so I could get my money and even then, PayPay sided with the asshole customer.

Not to jump in on someone's thread, but we needed a similar MAP sensor baesd BOV adapter for one of our development cars, and since we CNC stuff anyway decided to make a batch of them. Should have them on our site in the near future.

Great news a real vendor is going to offer these. Sadly it looks like VS got retail lessons from ADE.

A plus if you machined them to use OE-type torx screws. :grimacing:

he don't accept paypal. if he did it would be no problem in getting money back.

Oh shit... that's right. I totally forgot. Well, that shit's gotta change. You can't just put things on a website and offer no options for recourse for customers. I been lucky that I received all things I ordered so far.... the ATF cooler connector and the bov adapter. The ATF cooler connector took longer but not too bad. He's a one man band so he has to juggle a lot of things and sometimes a piece of the supply chain gets kinked... then there's nothing you can do... in those cases, clear explanations and options need to be given to the customer who ordered expecting them to be in stock. It is a fault to omit stock availability on the part of vendors.

For a boost gauge reference that would be fine, however would not suggest for a BOV (due to nipple size).
Good catch. The Forge Motorsport version is a 3.5mm tap - a fat 1/8" where as Tial recommends a 1/4" (6.35mm). I noticed a big improvement in BOV behavior when I switched to the VS product.
