Was my VRSF Exhaust installed incorrectly?

Last week I had the VRSF race exhaust installed on my E92 335i and noticed it’s hanging super low. Hasn’t hit anything until today, I purposely didn’t angle over a speed hump (the wide one as opposed to the narrow speed bumps) and it barely did scrape.

Is this an issue for anyone else? Was it installed incorrectly? I attached a picture from the rear.

These rubber gromets were left on the old exhaust. Were they supposed to reuse these?

Did the installer make sure to use the replacement hanger mount we include? Do you have any pictures of the underbody?
