Yeah, you have to pull the seats and the middle console. It’s actually pretty easy. I don’t have a spare tire, but I did order the hard cap to pull the storage tray. I removed all trim from the trunk and it still works fine.
I thought so, I suppose that'll be my next project then when I find the time. I dont have a spare tire either, but the giant plastic tray that would hold a spare or tire pump looks like it could weigh a decent amount and at some point in my cars lifespan it appears to have lost all but two of the nuts that hold that pan tight - so with the rear seat delete and trunk lining all pulled I'm getting a bit of noise from it, and not in the fun NVH racecar way.

I've done most of the thing you guys are talking about. I made a thread about how I built my rear seat delete panel, I'll find it and link it here or maybe it can be found by following my profile. I just did this mode this week, saved about 30lbs from the drivers seat
