I love the speed and performance of my 335is but like most of us, I want just a little more.

The car has 57K on it. It has MHD Stage 2+ / BMS CAI / VRSF kittyless DP's / Synapse BOV and charge pipe / 5" ETS FMIC.
New NGK's gapped at .022, new Bosh coils, walnut blast less then 5K ago, and new Index 12 injectors installed this past weekend.

I Dyno'ed last fall at 378HP and 403 lb-ft tq.

What would you do to get more performance out of the car without spending a small fortune like bigger turbos?

You don't need to upgrade the fuel pump. You simply run a tune that works with what you have. If you upgrade later then you can upgrade the tune as well.

An Ethanol analyzer is ideal - either bluetooth and check it via your phone or with the flexfuel kit that is being released.

He has MHD, so I think it would be natural for him to use the flex fuel hardware which is being delivered. That ECA should have some provisions for reading E percentages.

I wouldn't recommend E85, I'd recommend more like an E50 mixture. You can get all the benefits of ethanol at your power level but without the same strain to your fuel system. And as @NoQuarter mentioned, a custom tune. No more OTS map stuff.
