windows, turn signal, dash lights electronics issue

Car has been having weird battery issues recently but is throwing no codes for it. For the past two weeks sometimes when I turn the car off, but before taking the key out all electronics in the car go off. Now none of my driver door panel switches work (regulators are fine, rear window switches work in rear seats), my turn signal stalk does nothing (does not initiate signal) and there are no lights on my dash or in my interior(daytime headlights still work). I was thinking it was a fuse because of it's suddenness, but I have replaced 6 fuses related to these functions and nothing changed (the fuses were pretty worn down anyways). My battery voltage is 14.5v when the car is running and 12.5~ when the car is in ignition.

Anyone experience this before?

I found a small cable that wasn't connected to anything near my battery and I have no idea where or if it plugs into anything. It is a 3 pin female connector I'll add pics below.

Sounds like a fried FRM. I just had the footwell module replaced by the dealer under "good faith" because they fried the existing one (likely going out). Symptoms were what you described.

Here is what i could find hope it helps

Footwell module (FRM) is the master control module for all exterior
lighting functions. Exterior light systems (headlights and side and
parking lights) are switched ON and OFF by the light switch via the
FRM. The hazard light switch is connected directly to the FRM

Front LED turn signal not working
Cause is either faulty LED front turn signals or a faulty FRM (footwell module)
(E90 I E91 models with Xenon headlights from 07/2008)

Two situations are possible:
• Front left and front right LED turn signals do not work, either intermittently or permanently.
• LED turn signals on vehicle side flash at a higher frequency, either
intermittently or permanently. In the case of such a fault, Check
Control message "Turn indicator defective" appears.
If LED turn signals do not work properly, diagnose using BMW scan
tool.
If LED turn signals work, but either intermittently or permanently has
double-speed flashing frequency, replace LED indicator module in
headlight.
If this does not resolve problem, replace footwell module (FRM).

It has got to be the FRM, I'll try communicating with it later tonight to confirm but I made an appointment at the dealership to solve it. Bought a backup FRM module for $30 on ebay in case they don't honor the warranty. It's a 2010 335i with 90k miles, but it's BMW of NA so you never really know.

In the meantime, I got pulled over driving to work because I didn't use my turn signals . He let me go after explaining the situation.
