Would anyone like to see the bomb 'Frankenturbo' Creator is making?

I get drunk, I get bored. And then I fuck with people on Facebook when I can't sleep.
This however takes the Cake for most retarded shit I've seen in a long time. He keeps deleting my comments

Behold, the Doug Harper HPFP solution.

I suppose my question, is why in the world would you want a pressurized tank of fuel to combat our shitty fuel system? The fuel rail itself acts as a sort of reserve but I'm not sure I'd want something beyond that.

There is no such thing as reserve for pressurized fuel. Liquids don't share all of the same characteristics as gasses, outside of flow (generally speaking).

I find Doug is good at posting "the most retarded shit I've seen in a long time". Just when you don't think it can get worse he ups the ante.

Lets see what he cooked up this time.

As I can't see the picture please tell me this is a balloon at the end of the HPFP rail.

Agree with v8 fuel doesnt compress so the only way would work is if had a diaphragm and that stores the potential energy but the way our hpfp works with such dynamic pressure it wouldnt work without rewriting the fuel logic to ramp pressure at low load which I'm sure would not be beneficial. As all the experienced n54 gurus know their is no easy way out with our fuel setup their is nothing static so any solution has to have multiple points of data to regulate it.

Looks like the same concept as the accusump (oil accumulator) I just installed. Part throttle should see high enough rail pressure (2000+) to "charge" a fuel accumulator... My first thought was same as yours though, what would you do at low rpm? the accumulator would be discharging since rail pressure is ~700psi. To solve this with the accusump I wired up a switch I can use to manually prevent it from discharging while I idle. It looks like frankenturbo already crossed this bridge as well and came up with the RPM dependent pressure switch... I still could see fueling being an issue for highboost/low rpm situation though... that's the worst area of the HPFP flow rate curve.

I can see this working, but, it doesn't come off as being very practical. Much better options than this already exist.

Pretend it's hydraulic fluid . The oil piece you have works prob cause their is air to compress but the fuel system can't afford to let air in lines and the pressure would drop so fast as it takes out an injector not to mention the delay and limp modes it could cause.

Doug refers to air being compressed in the tank making room for a pint (1/2 liter) of fuel. He also refers to a bladder, which should prevent air from entering the fuel lines.

This just sounds like some of my dumbass daydream ideas I also have plans to install a liquid piston motor in my car and electric motors on a x drive transfer case with a steam generator powered by heat from my turbos and engine so I dont need a oil cooler or radiator anymore. Then I'll install my electromagnets on my front suspension for driveways and stuff so no bottoming out oh shit I'm on spoolstreet thought I was on Facebook crowdfunding a beta
