Hey guys,

I know some of you are frustrated with the delay, and I have been asking XClutch for an update on the status of the shipment almost on a daily basis.

Just to show you that the stock has now arrived at their Ohio warehouse today (slightly late), here is the tracking information: https://www.mainfreight.com/Track/CW/S03130248

I have (again) contacted XClutch and have asked them to treat your orders with the utmost priority.

Also, I have emailed everyone that pre-ordered (to your PayPal email address. Please check your spam folder if you did not get it) to reconfirm their shipping address AND telephone number.

Thanks!

@1FastT2 what's your rear wheel/tire setup? looks good. side note- I've now got ~4k miles on my organic xclutch and still love it. It was a bummer how long the car was down waiting for it, but I'm glad I did

No worries, my car was down for the last 8 months while I installed a new engine. I'm sure I will be happy with the clutch. I'm certainly prepared. hahaha

On the rears I have 15x10 Weld Wheel knock off with a 275/50-15 Nitto drag radial. Works nicely.... when the clutch didn't slip.

What’s the backspacing you used on the 15x10? I’m looking into getting a set of 18x10 weld RTS for my Z4.

Also did you have to change the rear brakes to fit the 15”?

Heres the full description of the wheels:

15X10 VISION NITRO BLACK SPORT STAR PRO DRAG RACING WHEEL 5X4.75 NO WELD 6.5"BS

I did have to swap out the rear rotors and calipers. It was a huge pain. Even after I installed the calipers they still needed to be shaved down some to get the wheels to fit properly.

Hey guys,

just to let you know that all of the clutches (for those who have replied and reconfirmed their details) have been shipped out via UPS.

I'm still waiting for Steve to send over the tracking numbers, but they have gone out. As soon as I get the tracking details, I will let everyone know :)

Thanks!

New member. Welcome Chase. We sucked in another Z4 owner. ex big HP Mustang guy ... so excited to see where he goes with his car. @BQTuning @NoQuarter @WedgePerformance @Lurcher @Asbjorn @jts1981 @Keko the list grows ...

Thanks man! Excited to get started, took the car to the strip tonight, man it so so slow compared to what I’m used to. Keeps going into reduced power mode and my scanner won’t pull the code. Going to change plugs and coils this week and see what happens.

@1FastT2 so the 4x7.5 wheels fit fine? I know it’s a minuscule difference between 5x120. I was going to order some 5x120 18x10 Welds but they’re 6.1” back spacing.

Got my organic in, put maybe 10 miles on it, and my bank 1 o2 crapped itself. Go figure. Fix two things, another breaks!

But i have to say, compared to what im use to, i love this clutch. Its super easy to slip and takeoff, its pretty quiet other than clutch in, but who cares. I can takeoff without any throttle. I cannot wait till its fully broken in! It almost feels like i smash my foot through the floor, im so use to stiff clutchs! Love it and would reccomend!

Yes they fit good bolt pattern wise, the 15x10 is tight with the offset I'm using however the Z4 may be completely different.

New Product - Exclusive to MFactory

We are proud to announce our new XClutch 9" Single Disc Clutches (inc. SMFW) are now in stock and ready to ship for both 6-bolt and 8-bolt:

9" Single Disc Sprung Organic @ 450ft/lbs - MSRP $1295.00 + shipping
9" Single Disc Sprung Ceramic @ 680ft/lbs - MSRP $1395.00 + shipping

Unlike the old SPEC 2+/3+ kits which used oem covers (i.e stamped steel), these new Single Disc XClutch Kits use the same precision machined billet covers from the Twin Discs, and we have managed to work the pricing to be competitive with the old SPEC kits.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! :)

I requested tracking number via email, when will this info be available?

So far I haven't gotten any of the usual UPS notifications "package on its way" etc when they have your email.
