I requested tracking number via email, when will this info be available?

So far I haven't gotten any of the usual UPS notifications "package on its way" etc when they have your email.

I'm in the same boat as you....

A UPS MyChoice account is free to sign up for. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, go sign up for one. It has a calendar feature where you can view all your scheduled deliveries for the month, as well as request your package be held for pickup. Once you put your info in, it should automatically show any packages that are already in their system. My account says my clutch should be delivered tomorrow.

That's really weird. ups mychoice shows nothing scheduled for my address. But my tracking number shows scheduled for delivery today. I'm so confused lol

I got my clutch today.

Can anyone clarify one thing on the instructions for me though, the TOB position.

I was under the impression that you could choose between low in the pedal vs high up for engagement point based on personal preference. However the instructions say it's critical to put in low position to ensure proper function. I'd like to have my clutch engage close to the floor, if possible. Thanks

Then that is the position you want.

Got my ceramic clutch yesterday, it’s beautiful. However, I was talking to a friend about longevity of this clutch, and he thinks I made a mistake and should have gone organic. Apparently ceramics have a severely shorter life span than organic? I am on stock twins for now but plan on upgraded turbos in the future, I put 18k miles a year on my car (mostly highway). I don’t want to be in a position where I need to do a clutch again in 2 years. Do any of you guys have experience with ceramic vs organic in that regard? I wasn’t aware of this when I chose the ceramic, I’ve never had one before.

Any word on how to do that ? Mine is way too high up and it's annoying. I'd rather have it as low as possible.

I got mine last week, and am planning to install in a few weeks. What else are you guys replacing while in there?

Rear main seal
Clutch slave and master cylinder
Driveshaft guibo?
Transmission mounts.

I already have cdv.

Trans fluid, rtd/irp shifter & dssr, shifter joint, while you're there.

I did all of those except the master. The slave broke on their first drive so might as well replace it if you’re up there in mileage

Irp is what I've got, from ecstuning. Docrace sells the rtd. Irp isnt self centering though, like the rtd. Not that it matters as the the trans self center's anyway.

How do you like it day to day. Wish IRP had a version to accept a stock knob. Might have to go for RTD for that.

Other than the stupid 1-2 lockout and sometimes 3-4 lockout ( trans issue ) i love it. Shifts are direct, crisp and short. Id reccomend if you do a lot of roll racing or drag racing.

^any NVH/rattle with those shifters?

Ever since i went with an Mfactory SMFW i had to ditch my dinan SSK, and go back to stock because it sent rattles and buzzing through the shift lever

: /

I was hoping a floor mounted shifter might kill some of that, due to it removing the AL shifter/carrier arm?

Folks, check your flywheel when your order comes in. I did not (assuming it would match what I specified and separately confirmed), and now I'm without the car, which will sit transmission-less while I wait for the correct (8-bolt) flywheel to come in.
