CBS for spark plugs and microfilter?

Hi, why does Spark plugs and Microfilter of CBS (Condition based service) are hidden on E92 N52 by default?

Does it mean that they should be changed only when they are causing issues?

What is MAERZ07?

Good question. Seems odd they would do that, those are easy conditions to define so perhaps someone has coded your vehicle before?
