Shoot me a pm with the exact specs we need and I can help you search unless it's been resolved.

Let me know
Need 1.75 to 2 inch either 3 or 4 inch length 2x of those and then need one 1.75 inch connector straight 3 or 4 inch Is fine that one is the easy one. I have ordered the ones I linked which supposedly can handle over 400 intermittently just to get this going but I really would like to get proper setup. I know most run non aramid without issue but I have that luck.

1.75" ID x 2" ID x 3" Length:

350º continuous: https://www.intakehoses.com/silicone-reducing-sleeve-2-id-to-175-id-gloss-black.html

500º from Vibrant. Note the Vibrant list price is high. But if you search for p/n 2767 on Google you'll find them around $16. Note folks like Summit state it is a 350º coupler ... I suspect they have it wrong but I'd double check with Vibrant if going this route: https://vibrantperformance.com/cata...=1394&osCsid=b3651a90285f2613e7f17c08203d1788

Hope this helps. We are also using the Turbosmart Murray constant tension clamps on our setup. This stuff adds up, so usual trade-off decision making for application applies ...

Murray clamps are the shit. Pricey, but quality.

For clamps I recommend the Tridon Smartseal p/n 37215-0034 or 37215-0036. The price is about $2 - 2.50 each. These form a unique 360 degree seal all around the silicone coupling and pressure/temperature changes do not affect their sealing ability.

Awesome options. I should have my order in today so hopefully everything lines up and installs well in which case will have pics and he will make 5 more right away for the ones that asked me already. I will see if I can post his number so people can just go through him once fitment is locked down

If your outlet is ready please send pics so I and others can decide to go ahead and order.

I will hopefully have for you tomorrow my coupler situation held me back a week.
Also @filippo that burnt piece must have touched something. The temp issues we would have with non aramid would be bubbling and burst not burn of silicone like that. That would take close to 600 and direct contact for the actual silicone to burn.

I will have worthy pics as final product is actually going in tomorrow. Had to tow the car to the actual fabricator to get clearances perfect and just the way this has been going I really don't want take any chances.

Slow?! N54 land ... something gets done in the same year it was first breathed ... is speedy.

But to your point, you are not "done" yet. When you are installed and running for a few hundred miles ... much closer to done. If going to other people that want them ... it will be once a few other ones are made, installed, and without issues on other people's car. Product development is land of pitfalls!

Excited to see it installed on your car, both to get it back on the road, and to see what you and your guy cooked up! We're a few weeks behind on getting ours built ... so hoping yours gives us some ideas :sunglasses:

Yeah, I'm really not sweating it since I put off doing mine until a proper outlet is made. I'll put in for the vacation days to install when I have one in hand

Well hopefully @Rob09msport has a purchasable solution soon. @Hydra Performance says he's got something cooking also (which could be shrinkwrap or DIY'able). @barry@3DM and I will have a stainless solution made up soon, though while Barry is a jack of many trades he's really in the suspension business so I don't believe he's looking to get them made as a product ... but I'm sure there will be drawings, a few jigs, measurements, supply list, et al if he doesn't find another way to help folks out.

Nothing happens overnight in the N54 world ... well except for promises! :tongueout:

Exactly what filippo said . Anyone with any good options feel free to thread Jack , this is in no way a business endeavor for me . I'll be glad to save on the jig and help get more these turbos out their up and running. Way I see it more installed the more development and ideas to better our little group of hydras.

If Hydra doesn't have anything in the near future I'd suggest pressing hard forward with the jig and your fab shop. That OR run the MMP silicone outlets and PRAY to the silicone gods that they hold up long enough until the Hydra outlets are ready. The PSP aluminum setup for the MMP Stage 3's should work too, if they are still available. From a compressor housing/outlet perspective your setup is basically Super RB EVO, MMP Stage 3, or MMP 1k; BUT with the OE clocking more like the MMP setups (our Super RB EVO clocking is a bit different).

Couple things to note here:
1) The hydra setup has compressor housings clocked at OE angles.
2) The hydra setup has compressor housings with 2" OD connections.
3) This mimics MMP Stage 3 and MMP 1k.

You'd think the vrsf pipes for the mmp would work then, but they don't
