I am getting more timing corrections on all cylinders after a shift from 3rd to 4th at WOT. This happens more with a stage 1 93oct/98ron tune and less with stage 1 91oct/95ron. I am using 93-94oct/99ron fuel. Is this of concern or is this normal as well?

Running a stage 1 tune for 95oct, using 93-94 oct and wondering about timing corrections?

No.
I’m running a 98RON (93oct) map with 99RON (93-94oct) fuel. I have corrected it now. Either way the fuel used has higher octane rating than the maps being used.

Probably still a little aggressive for the fuel. Add a little E85 or octane booster and that will tell you if you are octane deficient.

I will probably have to wait longer to get torco or klotz. Got any suggestions for other octane boosters? Royal Purple Max Boost might be worth a shot. Claims to increase octane by 3 numbers for 25 gal. Don't have E85, how much 97% bioethanol (for fire) can I use? Any harm done to the HPFP or Injectors?

97% bioethanol is fine, mixing up to 5-10% should be fine for the pumps.

What is your maintenance history on:

- Plugs
- Coils
- Injectors

Additionally:

- LPFP or HPFP ever been replaced?

There could be a situation that your pumps can't keep up. For that, measure your high and low fuel pressures.

Plugs and Coils are less than 10k miles old. Injectors are index 1 except two new index 12 (4000 miles) and those two also have timing corrections. HPFP was replaced but not sure. It gets to 2500-2600psi on the rail at the beginning of WOT and tapers to around 1800-2000 psi at high RPM. I dont see any large pressure drops. Cant remember properly but idle is maybe 600 or 700 psi. Low pressure is consistently about 70-85 psi.

Graph 1

Fuel from a different place, stage 1+ and new fmic. There now less timing corrections. Second graph the car cut the throttle I must have left traction on. Cylinder 5 shouting most of the time. I am lowering the tune until I can try ethanol.
