N54 single turbo going max rich on bank 2

Looking for some advice with the problem I am having on my e92 single turbo. My data logs are showing that I am going max rich under throttle on bank 2. Getting a new set of injectors in to make sure they’re not leaking first. My o2’s seems to be happy, no codes and AFR’s are fine at idle. Anyone else experience this or have any other advice to share?

swap widebands front to back and re-test - confirms if wideband or not.
