oh snap! I could only imagine a .82 AR V band and G30-900 would give all the powerband on my motiv kit

The g series will fit but we would have to redesign the kit again and cost prohibitive on a dying platform. The vtt frb's are more than enough, single turbos are for dyno queens and half mile events.

This. I'll take a single any day of the week over junk chinese twins sold by a man child who beats women.

Just ignore the hater. He doesn't know what he is talking about. Maybe he can post more of his super impressive N54 twinturbo dynos. :tearsofjoy:

It's all @TedIsBoosted 's fault for bumping an old thread ;) I kid I kid

Yeah you'd think with 900whp and 900 torque we see some good quarter mile or half mile times. But I geuss dyno queens don't translate into real world performance

There is no point of arguing which setup is better as it really depends on what your goals are. I could easily build myself a single turbo kit but I preffer twins.

Make your choice

That's because you most likely never came up against a properly built and sorted twin turbo setup
which most don't have or have no idea how to setup properly.

Then again most have no idea how to build single setups either as the ones I seen or raced I wiped the floor with
my twin turbo setup.

There's not alot of cars that are gonna take care of a well tuned 6875 on full e85 with a supporting fuel system and a motor that will take it. Idc what twins you have ill drive around them on the top end

I'm limited by traction with the F-RB golds and capped at 22psi on e30, she just wants to jump of the roller dyno anything past 5.5k rpm because of how light the car is and redline is 7k with the cams, these new twins just keep pulling to redline with a lazy 54% wgdc as there is so much more left in them.

Since I don't have a sleeved block, I'm not really willing to push much further as I want it to last.

I'm mucking around with wheel and tyre setups as that's my limiting factor, maybe some roll racing when I get the wheel tyre combo right.

But still trying to sort out the tune on the single turbo with the new hp28 on the other car and finesse some of the quirks that came up.

Everyone is so busy and nothing gets done fast.

Oh yeah I just installed the world's first hp28 into a 535xi. You really should finish that project up its a really solid transmission and I think with the upgraded stall from the diesel to will really launch well on the street and track
