Ideally, you hook it up to a Hobbs switch that triggers it whenever you are in boost. You may need to see how much vacuum your pump can pull and add a relief if it pulls too much.

Right now, my flapper tube is literally just hanging. I don't drive the car so I'm not afraid of making a mess, but I need to do something with it. Was thinking of welding a bung onto my intake pipe right below my filter and just going that route.

Mine runs from the flapper to my filter (top mount) with a OCC midway through. Works well.
I like the idea of a bung on the intake though.

Wanted to bump this thread back to life, I am also considering the radium catch cans: http://www.radiumauto.com/Universal-Dual-Catch-Can-P189.aspx

I have the RB PCV kit, so I think I'll buy these cans with the same 6AN barbs. Anyone got any experience with these cans? Are they too restrictive for the high side VTA?

I don't think I'm ever going to understand the pcv system but the 6AN lines seems a little small though but I could be wrong. I think I read somewhere that the oem size of the pcv system is 3/4". So going 6AN would already be restricting it right? Again I could be wrong lol.

You know I built Eric's car right? =) The CC bracket will include SS button head M6 bolts for attachment a few different ways. What are you trying to attach to?

I know you were doing some work on someone's car, the first manifold you did if I recall.

The place I have to mount my cans is just the stock areas. I'd love to mount it to the firewall but there are lines in the way. I wish there was a more stealthy spot to put them, but hanging from the brace may be my only option.

Eric's was the 4th N54 mani I built, it was just the one I used to model the billet version.

Agree the the CC's look like shit anywhere you try to fit them. Size/shape and lines into them don't make it easy for a clean install. If you remove the plastic clip/holder for the AC line there is a bit of a vertical flat in that location. Might be worth a shot with your setup.

I was thinking of something like that. Maybe someone with a fab shop would make something plug and play...
