Hi
Troubleshooting a fueling issue, hope some body could help

On Wot my rail pressure drops to 300-500psi on e85
But the trims are staying in maxed out negativ -30-34

On Pump Gas on 26 psi boost I dont have those issues. (PI in 15%)

Mods:
335i n54 single Turbo
Reflex plus with 950cc injektors
Fuel it stage 4 lpfp with return line with Fuel pressure Regulator (65psi idle+ boost reference)
Primary walbro 450
Secondary walbro 525

I Tried
Reflex port injection tried 30%-70% duty didnt make a difference
-new hpfp (tested on other car)
-new hpfp fuel pressure sensor (tested on other car)
-new lpfp sensor (tested on other car)
-new DI injectors (tested on other car)
- tried higher and lower pressure on the fpr 45-75psi @idle

Hope somebody has an idea what's going on. Im clueless.

First things first: judging by the fact that you have a .mhd file currently flashed, you are tuned by someone you definitely paid. I'm also sure you asked them whats going on so what did they say?

What happens if you disable your PI or set dc to 5-10%?
Hi and thanks for replying to my post.
Yes im paying for a well known tuner.
We started tuning on pumpgas @26 psi and had about 10% PI activated. The rail was stable on 1700 psi. As soon we startet tuning on e85 and higher boost we had those issues. He tried to lower PI from 70% to 30%. But that didnt solve the issue.
He said that it doesn't make any sense that the car needs 10% PI on Pumpgas and should now need the same on e85 on higher boost.

I hope you can understand my poor English šŸ˜
