Anyone happen to know the size for the banjo?

The double barrel is cramping the line and by the looks of it just going AN Banjo is an easy solution. Figure someone has done this. I just can't find a thread.

Should be 14 and 16 according to parts,
Just need to know if I have to buy just banjo, reuse stock bolts
Or if I need a bolt and banjo.
And what parts someone went with.

I found a 'kit' with both. But reviews say they are garbage --> https://www.unisteer.com/collection...products/14mm-and-16mm-banjo-kit-with-loctite

Only other option I'm finding is Vibrant,
16mm --> https://vibrantperformance.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=3290
14mm --> https://vibrantperformance.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=3360

I wonder if anyone makes banjo hose ends? Would be a nice way to eliminate one potential failure point if so.

Actually the hose end would be easily a failure point in this situation having the an fitting lets you adjust the perfect angle and direction of the hose.

Never seen AN fitting fail unless its been damaged or incorrectly installed.

My fittings are 3 to 4 years old and are still solid and will pretty much last for years.

If we are talking about the same line, Rein PSH0240 works to replace the stock line as is out of the way of the shotgun. See the link below for more details.

A banjo style connection has all of the adjustment you speak of. I’m sticking with my statement.

I agree with you the banjo is the best with an AN connection so you can adjust the hose angle coming of the banjo.

You can run 30,45, 60,90,120 or 180 deg fittings which gives you lots of choice and flexibility.

Running a banjo with a hose barb end will be more of a failure point than the extra AN connection
