What ever is running.
Not an n54, but I'm sticking an M54 in my fox body.
Why? Because I found a driving e46 for $600 and I don't like doing what everyone else does.
The electronics have been stripped of everything I won't be using in the Mustang and it is now running again in the BMW with no check engine light and ready to pull.
Hopefully the drive shaft will be easy so I can keep it under $1000.

Just to add to my post above.... From a power standpoint all 3 hit their limits about the same 650-750hp in reality (not YouTube glory runs)

My Z06 has been boosted since 2010 and the stock LS6 made 666 whp at it's lowest and 954 whp at it's highest in 2016. That motor is still alive and survived 4 TX2Ks, countless nights in Mexico and drove across the country 3x basically.

Maybe stick to the FB groups

Good for you šŸ‘ I'm sure that applies to all LSX engines. Anyways, looking to see what comes out of OP's project, nice to see different builds.

I think it's better to make a blanket statement when there are countless examples to the contrary
