Hi Guys,
long time N54 owner.
I'm wanting to run my car on pump fuel. 99ron which is something like 94 octane I think.
My car has 19T turbos, down pipes, HD 7.5 intercooler, no cats, cone intakes, 450 lpfp, BL coils and a JB4.
I've taken the JB4 back end flash JB4_IJE0S_HYBRID_RACE.bin which is for high octane gasoline or pump fuel+meth
There is a pump flash, JB4_IJE0S_PUMP.bin but no pump flash for hybrids.
I've adjusted timing(main) and timing (spool) down on the JB4_IJE0S_HYBRID_RACE.bin to pump timings.
Using timing cor factor (charge air temp) for pump fuel.
Boost request offset % is the pump value 90
Fuel scalar 1.10
I will target around 16 psi first and see how the logs are.
Does anything else critical stick out as being necessary to change.
Is this a better approach than just using the pump flash which was written for stock turbos?
Thanks
