Hello everyone, I recently put in a VTTO valve cover and plugged my headports and ran their catch cans. Please see the chart I attached for the pcv setup I run.. I also run their relief valve in a -10an port on the valve cover to run constant 12mb crankcase pressure “supposedly” I have 2 check valves on both high and low side. Because I heard it’s best to run a “sealed” setup
Ever since I installed everything my car is burning oil pretty aggressively I had to add a quart in only a tank of gas or 2. On the stock valve cover I never had to add any oils..
On startups I get a big puff of cloud of white smoke out of exhaust even slightly more smoke from engine bay but after idling for 30 seconds I don’t see any smoke anymore usually happens only on startups, definitely just smells a little more also running which was expected.
Is there anything different I can do with my external pcv setup to burn less oil? Not sure what I am doing wrong? Suggestions would be appreciated thank you!
