196 lbs of LSD is nothing to joke about :D

I dropped both diffs (thanks to a mini van driving friend) and the e92 off with my tech / tuner..., figured he might as well have both diffs so when he does one car I can drive the other (~25mi - 50RT) and swap them out...

then once both done, go back up in the van to get the e88 and both cores... then ship them back to Synchrotech, and get my 1000$ core refund (core x 2)...

been a busy past couple weeks for cars for me... and I don't even post about my E39 here...

"4-6 week turn around", more like 4-6 days :) y'all don't mess around out there !

Dropped my car off this morning for the install.. sitting here biting my nails..
edit
Well, its in.. smooth.. no obvious ill effects.

Refill capacity for pumpkins seems to be about 2 quarts.

And for those of you doing your own installs, the nut for the drive shaft is 50MM as I understand it

One down one to go... 135i to go ;) I should say... and first review; the car works! Lol, I don't really know what else to say, as I have not disabled DTC or driven hard for the break in period (500 mi), reset my trip clock on the cluster, I think I'm at 27 mi, lol...
@MFactory is there any speed we should limit or just torque jerks and such? Also, I used the 75W-90 fluid you guys recommend, without the "friction modifier" in it that is used in the super fancy stuff and M cArs... what exact fluid would you recommend for after break in?

No speed limit :)

For fluid, we highly recommend Torco SGO 75w90

Slightly off-topic, but just wanted to let you guys know what we still have 2 x Sets of E8X/E9X YCW Coilovers available at pre-order pricing ($1202.47 + $60 shipping. MSRP $1849.95). They are on the container over to the US just now, and scheduled to arrive at port 1st week of June. More info/review can be found here: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1368198

PM me if anyone is interested :)
