What’s the labor cost for installing inlets and outlets , I’m assuming I should do that to?

You certainly will want to do both at the same time. I would guess roughly 4-5 hours a shop will charge you. I usually DIY. I would do IC DPs and CP all at the same time if you are paying a shop. It is all very doable on jackstands just takes time.

The car already has a Cobb charge pipe if thats what you mean by CP , and yes I plan on doing everything at the same time
