Wow
Here is the same chart, but on SpoolStreet's Beta datalog charting feature. The lines aren't smooshed down and is a little more meaningful. Regarding the log, the lowest rail pressure gets with the single shotgun with no filter, is 1700 psi at 7110 RPM at 21.9 PSI of boost. This is far better than the stock HPFP.

Wow I didn't even know spoolstreet had that option that's great, datazap is annoying to use on a phone

Thats because it's brand new. Haven't optimized it for mobile yet, but this is what it looks like on a Galaxy S7:

When does RPM Limiter kick in?
Could be the limiter which puts rail pressure down at the end of the pull.

In April i will first try my rail pressure with a bigger Diameter rail and then remove the Filter/Oring from the Hpfp (OEM fuel System with Stage 2 LPFP). Will see if it helps there too.

I tried this last year, it will not help with the stock HPFP drive system. You will need the VTT shotgun to spin the pump faster to have any gains.

Got some logs to show the before/after of the rail pressure with the restrictive filter removed as suggested by vtt and my tuner as well. Spinning the pump at this rate the filter really becomes a huge restriction in the higher rpms with logs to prove it as well.

These logs are on the same tank of gas, E50 Mix.

The first logs that show the pump "crashing" hard were from my first revision of tuning. THE ONLY changes made from the first rev to second rev was the load request which was increased by 10 from 158 to 168. You can see in the before logs the load request of 158 and boost of 18psi the rail pressure dipping to below 1500psi @6800 rpm. The logs with the filter removed show a higher load request of 168 and boost of 21.5 psi with the rail pressure staying above 2400psi @6800 rpm. Just wanted to point that out to show with the filter removed and more load added the rail pressure is still much better than before.

But U are done this Mod with the single Barrel vtt right ?
Iam curious If it helps the hpfp with stg3 lpfp and Pi . To remove this Filter

Shane mentioned above that you won't see much of a gain with the filter removed because the pump isn't being spun that fast to where it's a restriction unless you had the shotgun kit.

Seems as if the hpfp has been relearning itself with the filter removed since the rail pressure looking better than before. I marked the points where I shifted or where the pull stopped from logs last night.

Had a fun time getting the axle nut off so I could swap the hubs and brakes over. It was rusted and eventually stripped out, but drilling as close to the threads as I could worked since I was able to break the nut and hammer a smaller socket onto it to get it off.

From there the e9x hub swap was pretty straight forward. I have to do the other side next week as this side took me all day lol. Wheel/tire setup fits great though I just have to shave the inner fender.

Hubs - 33416760058 (triple check this part# for the hubs, dont order the hubs that end in 56)
Rotors - 34216864901 (x1 rotors but also found on a 325xi or 328xi and a few others) 300x20mm
Calipers - 34216768697 (these are very widely used on many bmws and should be easy to find used)

You will also need new wheel bearings and brake pads obviously.

I think I spent $450 for the full brake/hub setup in which you also gain 10mm of clearance which you will clearly need lol.

This is funny, because the E9X guys swap the 1 series hub I think in order to fit the F30 calipers.

Just some input, getting great results from the single barrel with the filter removed from the hpfp which is a must. I currently have just a bucketless 450 walbro feeding it and still have more than enough fuel.
6466 / single barrel / 450
2600psi rail pressure at peak with trims in the negative on e50 mix on 28psi
I'd say around 675whp, I could see the single barrel being good for low 700s on an e85 mix.

Had a crazy experience with my power steering pump, it ended up failing and it sounded exactly like rod knock so it wasn't a good day for me the other day lol but I was relieved to find out it was only the pump.

Just some recent pictures

Bump from the dead, actually went back to a stock turbo setup to aim for a 10 second pass. Only got one pass in this year before the tracks closed for winter with a 11.3 @121. Car definitely has more in it for a 10 this year, also some new wheels in the process of polishing the rear lips.
Current mods are the basic bolt ons
Downpipes / inlets / e40 mix / ken tuned
